Reshma has over 13 years of experience in industry and consulting. Her industry experience includes working in credit with leading NBFC and as CFO for a reputed Company where her responsibilities included handling entire Finance & Accounts function including Operations, Reporting, Compliance, Legal and Secretarial matters for the organization. Her role included analyzing and supporting new business acquisitions from end to end.

She has worked in Big Four accounting firm and lead engagement teams. Her experiences include statutory audit of large corporates, Bank audits, risk assessment, evaluation of internal controls, understanding and evaluation of systems and processes of the client, and corporate law matters.
