1. Overview

The GSTR-2B Tools website helps you process GST data easily. It includes:

• JSON to Excel Converter – Convert GSTR-2B JSON to structured Excel.
• GSTR-2B Reconciliation – Match JSON data with your purchase register.
• GSTR-2A JSON to Excel Converter – Convert GSTR-2A JSON to structured Excel (added).

2. JSON to Excel Processor

Steps:

• Click “JSON TO EXCEL”.
• Upload your GSTR-2B JSON file.
• Download the generated Excel report.

GSTR-2A JSON to Excel Processor

Upload your GSTR-2A JSON files and generate an organized Excel report instantly. Simplify your GST data processing with automation.

Steps:

• Click “GSTR-2A JSON TO EXCEL”.
• Upload one or multiple GSTR-2A JSON files (zipped upload supported depending on the tool).
• Download the consolidated Excel report with separate sheets for B2B, CDN, IMPG, ECOM, etc.

3. Reconciliation Tool

Steps:

• Click “Start Reconciliation”.
• Upload your GSTR-2B JSON file and Purchase Register Excel file.
• Process the data and view reconciliation results.

4. Sample Purchase Register

This Excel template includes required columns (Invoice No, Date, Supplier GSTIN, Taxable Value, IGST, CGST, SGST, etc.). Replace sample rows with your actual purchase data.
